Perfumeflameeu provides custom website development services. Due to the nature of our services, which involve custom work and digital deliverables, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Service Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before we begin any work, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made, minus any third-party costs already incurred (such as domain registration or hosting setup fees).

After Work Has Begun

If you cancel your project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed:

• If less than 25% of the project is complete, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total project fee
• If 25-50% of the project is complete, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total project fee
• If 50-75% of the project is complete, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total project fee
• If more than 75% of the project is complete, no refund will be provided

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@perfumeflameeu.world. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Third-party services (domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, etc.)
• Work that has been completed and delivered
• Custom development work that cannot be reused
• Any additional services requested beyond the original scope

Project Delays

If a project is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as client delays in providing content or feedback), the refund policy remains as stated above. We will work with you to establish reasonable timelines and keep you informed of any delays.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with the work completed, we will work with you to make revisions and adjustments. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, after reasonable revision attempts, you remain unsatisfied, we will discuss refund options on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us first to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved according to English and Welsh law.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
